In 1997, Ron started his own agency, Ronald Diskin Associates Corp (RDA). His background has been in commercial insurance and risk management. As a successful business owner, Ron has hands-on experience in sales, marketing and management. He is well versed with the insurance markets and has established solid business relationships. Due to his extensive insurance knowledge, he is able to spot trends and take pro-active measures to ensure that his clients are well advised. Anthony Dooreman
Tony joined RDA in 2002 where he has consistently helped build the agency to sales growth in excess of 75%. He manages the day-to-day activities of the corporation with an emphasis on strategic, tactical, and short-term operational management and improvement. His background has been in commercial insurance and risk management and has also served as a financial analyst for a major insurance rating bureau. Tony is well versed with the insurance markets and has established solid business relationships in all aspects of the business. He has hands-on experience in marketing, management and business operations. Mary KampermannMary Kampermann has been in the commercial insurance industry for over 15 years; she has attended Kean College in Union, NJ and majored in Accounting. Mary joined RDA in 2002, and handles all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger. She also handles the Human Resources Department. |

Ronald Diskin has been in the insurance industry as an agency owner for over 30 years. Ron is a graduate of the University of Miami with a BA in Economics. He started in insurance in 1968 as co-owner of the Diskin & Diskin Agency, a commercial lines agency he owned with his brother. Together, they built the agency from a start-up operation to over an $18 million agency.
Anthony Dooreman has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Tony is a graduate of Nyack College, Nyack NY, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management with concentrations in Marketing and Communications.
